User Rewards

The user reward page allows to see the rewards for a set business and also let you see the status of them in MLM Software.

1. Sr No

   Serial number to uniquely identify each reward entry.

2. Matching

   The amount of business, pair or BV a user needs to achieve this reward.

3. Reward

   Description or name of the reward.

4. Status

   Pending or achieved. If achieved, the date of achievement is also displayed.

5. Dispatch

   Pending, approved, or rejected. Admin performs this action.

Admin Approve / Reject Page

The admin reward page allows admin to approve or reject the reward of the user in MLM Software.

1. Excel Export Option

   Enables exporting the displayed rewards data to an Excel file.

2. Filters
   
   1. Search

      Use the search functionality to find reward requests based on descriptions and user details.

   2. Date Range

      Filter reward requests based on a specified date range.

   3. Status

      Choose from options like 'Approved', 'Rejected', or 'Pending' to filter the list.

   4. Apply/Reset

      Click 'Apply' to apply the selected filters or 'Reset' to clear all filters.

   It displays the name, email, and phone details associated with the reward.

5. Reward Details

   It displays the Reward name, and the date when the reward was achieved.

6. Actions

   Option to approve or reject the reward. If Approve then reward is delivered to user. Otherwise, reward is not deliver to user. If admin want to then click reject button then reject box appear. Here admin fill reason of rejection.
